The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be processed within a maximum period of 30 calendar days.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. In the event of a dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Colombian courts.
